Appointment Modifications:
- If you need to modify or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled time.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals:
- We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service you deserve.

Cancellations and No-Shows:

- For certain services or appointments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards your final payment. APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
